Today I am making a fantastic gold lustre glaze. I have completely stained my hands with silver nitrate, and my arms are aching from mixing and sieving. Let's hope it's all worth it, the first test piece is about to go in.
Well it's with beautiful and I'm going to add a photo onto the top of one of my pages it's worked so well. Not a cheap glaze to make because of the silver nitrate but absolutely gorgeous.
