What will your child experience at the art classes? 

In term 2 we will be exploring sculpture, drawing, ceramics, glazing, watercolour, line and design.

The price includes firing and glazing in a professional kiln and all materials.

I'm a fully qualified teacher with many years experience working in schools and as a professional artist. 

By paying for this place for your child you will be asked to sign the following contract

1. **Enrollment & Tuition

* Tuition is due:

  In full before the first class

  * Payments are to be made via:

  Cash, Check, Online Transfer

 2. **Attendance & Cancellations**

* Parents must notify the instructor at least **24 hours in advance** if the child will miss a class.

* Missed classes are:Non-refundable 

* If the instructor cancels a class, a makeup session or refund will be offered.

3. **Drop-off & Pick-up**

* Parents/Guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up.

* Children must be picked up within 5 minutes after class ends.

* The instructor is not responsible for supervision outside of class hours.

*An understanding that your child will remain in the hall until pick and the responsibility of who collects them falls upon the parent/guardian and the teacher will allow them to go with whoever comes for them at the end of the session .

*Your child will understand that they are not allowed to leave the building during class time without a prior arrangement with the teacher. 

*You will sign your child in and out of the building to ensure safety.

*If your child is allowed to arrive and leave without an adult then I must be previously informed. 

4. **Behavior Expectations**

* Children are expected to behave respectfully toward peers, staff, and materials.

* Repeated disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

6. **Photos & Artwork Usage**

* ☐ I give permission for my child’s artwork and/or photo to be used for promotional or educational purposes.

* ☐ I do **not** give permission for photo or artwork use.

7. **Liability Waiver**

I understand that reasonable care will be taken to ensure my child’s safety. I release the instructor/studio from liability in the event of injury, except in cases of gross negligence.
